CORE Rehab Services, Inc. was founded in 1999 by Julie Hereford, PT, DPT and Mark Murray, MS, LPC, BAIC to create a comprehensive healthcare facility dedicated to helping clients achieve their health-related goals. CORE continues to operate as a privately-owned business and offers physical therapy, biofeedback, neurofeedback, counseling and other specialized services from our office in Shrewsbury. At CORE Services the treatment approach is fundamental. We treat symptoms, but more importantly, we solve problems. After completing a thorough evaluation, and with your goals in mind, we collaborate with you to develop a customized treatment plan. 

 

You will receive your care in a comfortable, private treatment room, by your dedicated therapist who will work with you throughout your treatment session.
