We are pleased to have you as a patient at CORE Services, Inc. We offer intensive treatment that will be customized to your specific issues and designed to promote maximum function. Our treatment approach will take into consideration how your normal activities of daily living, work and leisure may have been compromised by pain, disability and associated depression and/or drug dependence. Intensive treatment can be offered up to five days per week, using a coordinated, multidisciplinary approach that is individualized according to clinical need. The goals of treatment are maximal functional capacity with a minimum of interference from pain exacerbations and /or from drug dependence.
